Built to fit
Software shaped around how you already work.
No forcing your business into someone else’s template. We map your actual workflow first, then build only what that workflow needs.

Built to fit
No forcing your business into someone else’s template. We map your actual workflow first, then build only what that workflow needs.
Mobile
Apps your customers and field staff open every day, published under your own developer accounts.
Web
Operations, bookings, inventory, and reporting in one place, on any browser, with real permissions.
AI
Document extraction, drafting, triage, and summarising wired straight into the tools your team already uses.
Full lifecycle
We run all six SDLC phases ourselves, so nothing gets handed off into a gap.
Tailored pricing
Fixed-price discovery, then build in stages you approve one at a time. No open-ended hourly drift.
Ownership
Full source handover, documented, in your repositories. No lock-in and no ransom at renewal time.
What we build
Three disciplines, one team. Most projects use two of them.
Mobile apps
The app your customers actually keep installed.
Booking, ordering, loyalty, field jobs, and internal tools, built once and shipped to both App Store and Google Play. Offline-tolerant, push-enabled, and designed to the platform conventions people already know.

Web apps
The operations dashboard that replaces nine spreadsheets.
Role-based portals, scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and live reporting on one login. Fast on old office laptops, usable on a phone at the counter, and integrated with the accounting and payment tools you already pay for.

AI-driven apps
Automation aimed at one measurable hour of your week.
We start from a task that costs you real time: quoting, invoice entry, inbox triage, roster drafting. Then we wire a model into it with the guardrails, review steps, and audit trail a business needs. Human approval stays in the loop wherever the cost of being wrong is high.

How we work
We are specialized in managing the entire software development life cycle to cater your customized software needs from planning to maintenance.
Phase 1: Planning
We sit with the people who do the work, agree the one outcome that matters, and write down what success looks like in numbers.
Who we work with
Most of what we build serves teams of five to fifty, where one good system replaces a pile of spreadsheets and nobody has an IT department to lean on.
Stock, storefronts, and click-and-collect that stay in sync.
Bookings, covers, rosters, and guest comms in one view.
Appointments, recalls, and notes with privacy taken seriously.
Dispatch, proof of delivery, and job sheets that work offline.
Quotes, variations, timesheets, and site photos from the van.
Matters, time, documents, and billing without double entry.
Enrolments, cohorts, attendance, and progress reporting.
Work orders, batch traceability, and floor-to-office visibility.
Not on the list? The pattern usually transfers, so ask us.
Work
Products of our own, and the shapes of work we take on most often.
Our own product
Weddings, beautifully managed.
An all-in-one wedding app for couples and their circle: invitations over WhatsApp and email, RSVPs, a live day-of timeline, shared photo albums, and monetary gifting. Designed, built, and published by CeyNext.
Our own product
Manage your loyal customers for the price of a flat white a week.
Digital loyalty stamp cards for cafés and shops in New Zealand and Australia. Customers carry every card in one free app behind a single QR; shops scan to stamp, redeem rewards, and see their busiest hours and lapsed regulars. Designed, built, and published by CeyNext.
Engagement archetype
Dispatch board, driver app, and proof of delivery.
A web dispatch board for the office paired with an offline-first driver app: route lists, signature and photo capture, and automatic status back to the customer. Built for teams running vans without a full fleet system.
Engagement archetype
Online scheduling with reminders that actually reduce no-shows.
Self-service booking, staff calendars, automated SMS and email reminders, and recall campaigns for clinics and studios. Integrated with the practice tools and payment provider already in use.
Engagement archetype
Supplier invoices read, matched, and queued for approval.
Inbound invoices and purchase orders parsed, line-matched against the ledger, and presented as a one-click approval queue with citations back to the source document. Nothing posts without a human tick.
Technologies we build with
In their words
They asked about our actual Tuesday morning before they asked about our budget. The thing they built matches how we work.
We started with a two-week discovery for a fixed fee. By the end we knew what we were buying, and the estimate held.
The handover was real. Our repositories, our cloud account, documented. We could have taken it anywhere.
Engagement models
Four ways to work with us. Every one of them starts with a fixed-price piece of work, so your first commitment is small and the number you are quoted is the number you pay.
Fixed fee · 2 weeks
Find out what to build, and what it will cost, before committing to a build.
You leave owning the plan, whether or not we build it.
Fixed price per phase · From 6 weeks
The most common way we work: one approved phase at a time, each one shippable.
Working software in production at the end of every phase.
Monthly retainer · Rolling, 1 month notice
A standing team for continuous delivery once the product is live and growing.
Predictable capacity without hiring in-house.
Monthly plan · Rolling
Keep what is live healthy, patched, compliant, and monitored.
Someone is watching, and someone answers.
Pricing is quoted per engagement once scope is understood. We do not publish rate cards, because a two-person cafe and a fifty-van fleet should not be quoted from the same sheet.
Ask for a quoteOur values
We learn the job before we design the screen. The people who will use it daily are in the room from week one.
To build your tailor made software
Let us knowQuestions
The things people ask us before they commit to anything.
With an email and a 30-minute call, at no cost. If it looks like a fit, we propose a fixed-price discovery sprint, usually two weeks, that ends with a prototype and a costed, phased build plan. You own that plan whether or not you continue with us.
It depends entirely on scope, so we quote per engagement rather than publish a rate card. What we can commit to is the shape: a small fixed-price discovery first, then a fixed price for each build phase, agreed before that phase starts. You are never exposed to an open-ended hourly meter.
You will see working software at the end of the second two-week increment. A useful first release for a focused product is typically six to twelve weeks after discovery, depending on how many integrations sit in the way.
Almost certainly not. Most of our work is for teams of five to fifty. If your problem is genuinely solved by an off-the-shelf product, we will tell you that instead of quoting you. It is a faster answer and a cheaper one.
Buy, whenever a product fits. Building earns its keep when your process is a real competitive advantage, when licence fees per seat have outgrown a one-off build, or when you are paying staff to bridge two systems by hand every day.

Helpful to include
The steps, the spreadsheets, the workarounds. A screenshot of the current mess tells us more than a spec.
Office staff, field crew, customers, or all three. Rough numbers are fine, exact ones are better.
Hours a week, jobs missed, or a per-seat licence you would rather stop paying. It sets the sensible budget.
